One-Year Workmanship Warranty. In Writing.
Not a slogan — a clause. Our workmanship is warranted for one year from completion, and this page spells out exactly what that means on a dryer vent job before you ever need it.
Written, line-item quote before any work begins · Photo evidence behind every finding · Licensed & insured.
“If it’s our work and it fails, we come back. Free.”
It’s a line item on your invoice, not a marketing phrase — and it’s checkable, because your report carries the airflow reading we left behind. If the vent can’t hold that number, the report proves it.
What’s covered
- Workmanship on every dryer vent cleaning, inspection, repair, reroute, rebuild, and install we perform
- Materials we install — manufacturer warranties passed through, and we help you file the claim
- A return visit if airflow drops back after a cleaning and the cause is inside work we did
- Re-inspection at no charge when you suspect the workmanship is at fault
What’s not
- Damage from storms, hail, freeze events, or other acts of God
- Work altered afterward by a third party, a handyman, or a DIY change
- Failures in parts of the system that were outside the scope you approved
- Normal lint accumulation between scheduled cleanings — that's maintenance, not a defect
- Faults inside the dryer itself; the appliance is the manufacturer's or a repair tech's domain
These are standard exclusions, listed up front rather than buried. If you’re unsure which side of the line your situation falls on, call and ask — we’ll tell you straight, including when the answer costs us the job.
How to claim your warranty.
Call or email us
Reach us at (469) 778-4450 or [email protected]. Tell us what changed and roughly when — the airflow number on your report gives us a baseline to compare against.
We schedule the return visit
Within five business days for routine claims. Same-day or next-day if the vent is fully blocked, there's a burning smell, or the dryer is gas-fired.
If it's our workmanship, we fix it free
No charge, no argument, and documented with photos and a fresh airflow reading — the same way the original job was documented.
Have a warranty question right now? Don’t wait.
Most vent cleanings carry no warranty at all.
A $69 coupon crew has nothing to stand behind: no measurement taken on arrival, no photo of the duct interior, nothing written down. There’s no way to prove the work was done, so there’s nothing to warrant. We measure, photograph, and write it down first — which is what makes a one-year promise mean anything.
Get it inspected. Get it in writing.
Flat fee confirmed when you book. Same-week scheduling. A pass/fail verdict within 48 hours.
24/7 Response
No airflow, overheating dryer, burning smell, or a vent you're not sure about? We answer 7 AM to midnight and the assessment ends in a written safe-to-use verdict — including a do-not-use notice when the evidence supports one. After-hours dispatch runs subject to crew availability.
