No Phone-Quote Theater.

We haven't seen your dryer vent yet — and neither has anyone else who names a number that fast. The sequence is fixed: book an inspection at a flat fee confirmed up front, get the written report with photos, and if repairs are warranted, receive a quote itemized against those findings. Approve all of it, some of it, or none. The report is yours either way.

How our pricing works

The sequence is fixed.

01

Inspection before any number

Nobody here names a repair price for a vent we haven't seen. The inspection fee itself is flat and confirmed when you book.

02

Quotes trace to findings

Each line names the defect, the fix, and the standard it satisfies. Nothing appears on an invoice that isn't in the report.

03

Financing available

Payment plans are available through third-party lenders on larger jobs. The rate, the term and the approval are the lender’s decision, not ours.

Service rates

Starting rates, stated up front.

Final scope always comes from the written findings. Open any service for what the visit covers and what the report includes.

About these prices

  • Starting prices assume a single-story home, an accessible vent run, and a standard exterior termination.
  • Multi-story homes, long or concealed runs, and rooftop terminations add 15–35%.
  • Travel beyond a 30-mile radius of Dallas may add a $49 mobilization fee.
  • All prices include disposal, drop-cloths, HEPA vacuum cleanup, and photo report.

Prices shown are starting estimates and may change with the condition, access, and scope we find on site. Only a written quote from an on-site visit is a price we commit to.

Scheduled maintenance

Prime Program: your vent, on our calendar.

Manufacturers and fire-safety agencies recommend a yearly dryer-vent cleaning and inspection, and nobody sets a reminder for one. Prime Program is the list that remembers instead of you — we hold your duct's route and airflow baseline, contact you when the interval is genuinely due, and quote the visit at published rates.

Measured
interval set by your duct, not a mailer

No membership fee. No card on file. No contract. Written quote before any work begins.

What's included
Everything the program does
  • We keep the date and call you when the interval is genuinely due
  • Interval set by your run length, elbow count, fuel type, pets, and usage
  • Route, materials, developed length, and airflow baseline kept on file
  • Program visits planned into the route before the calendar fills up
  • Per-unit records for rentals, multi-family, salons, and laundromats
  • No fee, no card on file, no contract — one email takes you off the list
Being on the list costs nothing and bills nothing. Each visit is quoted and paid on its own, at the same published rates as everyone else.

Pricing FAQ

What people ask about the numbers.

What does a visit actually cost?

Cleanings start at $99, inspections and diagnostics at $89, and repairs are quoted flat after we've scoped the duct. The published prices are true starting points; what moves them is physical: duct length, elbow count, second-story or roof access, and how compacted the lint is. You approve the exact number before any work starts, and the price we quote is the price you pay. No trip-fee surprises, no truck-side renegotiation.

What happens during a cleaning appointment?

We measure airflow at your outside hood first, so there's a baseline. Then the full run gets cleaned — rotary brush through the duct while a HEPA vacuum holds it under negative pressure, plus the transition hose behind the machine and the termination hood outside. We re-measure airflow, reset your dryer with proper clearance, and hand you a report with the before/after numbers and photos. Most homes take about an hour, and we leave the laundry room cleaner than we found it.

Do you charge for the initial inspection?

Yes — inspections run at a flat fee, confirmed when you book. That's deliberate: a paid inspection means the report is the product, so nobody's under pressure to 'find' repairs that justify a free visit. If your vent passes, you keep the report and that's the whole transaction.

Why do some quotes vary so much across companies?

Usually it's how the scope was built. A quote assembled from a documented defect list is checkable — each line names the problem, the fix, and the standard it satisfies. A quote from a walk-around is a guess with margin baked in. Materials widen the gap too: a smooth rigid-metal duct with a UL 2158A-listed transition connector doesn't price like flimsy foil flex, and your report should say which one you're getting.

Do you price-match competitor quotes?

We don't bid against numbers we can't verify. Bring us the competing quote and we'll map it against your inspection findings, line by line — which items match documented defects and which don't. If their scope is right and their price is lower, we'll say so. The report is yours either way.
