Our Team

The People Behind Prime Dryer Vent

A small, single-trade crew: field technicians who scope and clean dryer ducts, and the people who answer the phone when you call. Here's how we're organized and what every one of them is held to.

Written, line-item quote before any work begins · Photo evidence behind every finding · Licensed & insured.

Our standard

Three things every technician carries in.

01

One trade, all day

Everyone here works on dryer exhaust and nothing else. No rotating between unrelated systems, no upsell script for services we don't offer — a crew that sees the same duct problems every day gets fast at reading them.

02

Licensed pro where the work requires one

Gas, electrical, and structural work is performed or signed off by a licensed professional, to the code in force where you live. We don't stretch a vent ticket to cover work someone else should be signing.

03

Documented, not described

Every technician leaves camera stills, termination photos, and before/after airflow readings behind. If it isn't in the report with evidence, it didn't get claimed.

We’re hiring

Want to join the crew?

We look for technicians who are comfortable in attics and on roofs, who can read a duct route and add up its developed length, and who would rather write down a real airflow number than talk their way past one. Openings and how to apply are on the careers page.
